As Program Officer, Zaimatus or Ima is involved in facilitating 'wonder women' in Tuban, East Java through training sessions, discussions, data collection and report writing.
Ima holds a degree in linguistic education and Indonesian literature, which has helped her in facilitating wonder women in Tuban, East Java through training sessions, discussions, data collections and report writing. Before joining Kopernik, Ima had been a volunteer for a clean water campain across schools in Tuban. She started her career in Kopernik as Admin Associate, before being promoted to manage administrative tasks in the Tuban office. She currently has an interest in business development for the wonder women. In her spare time, Ima enjoys managing her family's farm.
