As Senior Director of Finance and Operations, Slamet is responsible for supporting the team in ensuring compliance with financial requirements, policies, and procedures across different entities at Kopernik.
Slamet has over ten years of experience in non-profit organizations, mostly managerial positions for finance departments in several international NGOs. Passionate about sharing knowledge with others, he has actively provided support in facilitating local NGOs and farmers' organizations on financial management. He was also an expert on NGO accounting system and be a part in providing feedback on the development of a tailor-made Indonesian Accounting Software for NGO (SANGO). He is currently responsible for the efforts, results, and success of Kopernik's finance and operations team, providing financial advice and supporting in making key decisions. In his spare time, Slamet loves travelling and building good team work.
