As part of the Community Initiatives team, Diana conducts impact assessments that emphasize mutual learning across stakeholders.
Diana studied psychology and has worked on social-behavior change programs in both research and communications roles. She likes to bring together statistics and stories, as well as visuals and words. This approach reflects her aspiration to normalize approaching impact measurement and communication with more nuance and open to uncertainty. When not working, she can often be found taking public transportation just for the sake of it.
