Ryan's passion for understanding community resilience drives him to build locally-oriented solutions to tackle global challenges with Kopernik's Solutions Lab team as an Associate Manager.
Ryan is an avid adventurer who adopts a collaborative approach in identifying challenges and implementing solutions. With this in mind, establishing networks and stakeholder management are necessary to drive change and is a reason why Ryan aims to understand the region's pressing issues through outreach efforts. His academic background in defense management comes in handy in addressing complex issues on security, resilience, and just transitions to ensure impact sustainability. Prior to Kopernik, Ryan was working for Greeneration Foundation as the Head of Programs, leading various environmentaly-focused projects and initiatives. He enjoys diving, playing violin and guitar, and managing his family's dance & music center on his free time.
